VLDPE Geomembrane
The polymeric structure of VLDPE results in high toughness and elasticity in cold temperature, but very low tensile strength and melting point. Geomembrane made from VLDPE have excellent sealing and hot-tack properties, as well as high puncture, impact and tear resistance which are typically better than those of low density polyethylene (LDPE).
Application
Due to the low temperature properties of VLDPE Geomembrane, it is suitable to use in cold environments. In addition the flexibility and low thickness make it a great choice for corners and joints sealing.
