Manufacturing

The manufacturing operation involves extruding the base polymer strips using laser controlled processes to ensure accuracy throughout the batch. After, extrusion the strips are perforated and then finally the joints are welded using an ultrasonic welding machines which provides the highest weld strength possible.

The confinement action of Geocell reduces erosion on slopes due to rain, wind and other factors . Geocell system can be used from very steep 60 degree slopes to very gradual 27 degrees slopes, and provides a cost effective solution.
